The host never replied to me, made me wait in the lobby for hours. With no information on how to chdck in and specific room the security and front desk workers weren’t able to help me and through multiple ways of communicating the host didn’t do anything I had to book another place. The communication is horrible

Nice pool and Gym, Rooftop Garden has amazing view

It’s exactly how we saw on the pictures. Not very spacious but enough for 4 - 5 people. Every room is clean and tidy. Check in was easy and fast. Staff was very friendly and helpful from the beginning of our stay. There’s a mini market down stair so it’s easy to buy water, snack and fruit. Love the location because it’s bot very busy but walking 7-10 minutes you’ll find street food and good coffee

Super amazing apartment! Staff is very wonderful! I love this place! There are so many convenient service suck as swimming pool, fitness. I love the swimming pool most, because it has a nice view. In genteral, the service are professional. Hope to come back again this hotel in the future! · It was great experience to stay here! I love to book again, If I visit ho chi minh again! Location is very good! All the places very near to the property, within 2 to 3 km.

The staff managing the apt is very helpful. The apartment layout with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms was good. The A/C with separate units in the bedrooms and living room worked well. The Japanese washing machine outside on the balcony worked well. You can receive Netflix, Spotify and Youtube on the smart TV which was an added value. There is 2 supermarket downstairs , 1 of them open 24houra and the fresh food store just around the corner. District 1 where most of the things happen is in app 10 min easily reached using the grab taxi app which is great and convenient to use. Outdoor swimming pool is nice and clean.
