Somewhat acceptable

it has good stracture and needs face lift. it shows that it abandond some facilities. Language issue is a challenge. I was asked to show all my bookings upon check out. for booking info exchabge, there should be advance coordination with hotel.com. so far away from city center

Value for money, highly recommended.

Me and my brother stayed for 7 nights. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were cleaned daily and I received a new towel every morning. The breakfast was good, made fresh every morning. Restaurants and street food were close. I would definitely recommend if staying in the area.

Very nice, but very far from anything

In the industrial area so far away from everything, even by motorbike, and BT taxi takes a long time as traffic is heavy all day. When we checked in they said they didn't have our reservation, and never seemed to find it even though we stayed multiple nights. The hosts don't speak english, so you have to use a translator. The room would be good if you needed to stay close to the airport. The room was very large and clean which was nice. Great for the price. One of the nicest and fanciest places we had stayed, there was even 2 couches and a coffee table with a tea set to use.

It is far from the airport and the center, but there is not much inconvenience because there are many shops around. And staff was very kindness. Iliked it very mutch.

Nice room size and cleanness and affordable price,The position is not good but can transfer to desirable places by bus or grab or rent car or rent motorbike to experience the vietnam style traffic.

街の中心ではないので観光拠点にはあまり向かないが 私にとってはなかなかの好立地だった。 周囲には飲食店やスーパーもある。 フロントスタッフはフレンドリーだが 日本語はもちろん英語も少ししか通じない。 建物は古く、部屋には窓もなく、ポットもなかった。 エレベータが古くて怖いが、シャワーもしっかりお湯がで エアコンと冷蔵庫はよく動き、Wifiもしっかり入った。 ルームサービスでコムチェンを頼んだら１４万ドン請求された。 これは５つ星クラスの価格設定でぼったくりギリギリだ。 この点を除けば、コストパフォーマンスは悪くなく ４つ星はあげられたと思うのだが。

sehr enttäuschend.

wir waren nur für 3 nächte dort, als zwischenaufenthalt. als wir dort ankamen dachten wir es wär geschlossen worden, doch der "security" führte uns um die ecke zum check in. das personal kann kein wort englisch, nicht einmal den weg zum nächsten supermarkt konnte uns erklärt werden. von money exchange oder ATM hatten sie auch noch nie was gehört. sehr enttäuschend. das zimmer war von der größe her ok, auch eine badewanne war vorhanden, die leider nur als dekoration im badezimmer stand, denn das wasser lief unter der wanne wieder hinaus in den abluss. von dem restaurant welches angeschrieben war, war keine spur. wir waren auch die einzigen gäste in dem großen hotel.
