My flight didn’t arrive until late so I messaged the property to let them know and they promptly responded letting me know everything was set. Whenever I arrived I was checked in within mere minutes and up to my room. After 30 hours traveling time I cannot say enough how much I appreciated the entire staff from the first moment until the last morning I was there! Oh, and the breakfast… if you don’t take advantage of it you are truly missing out on a treat.

I really enjoy staying at hotels that have character and aren't some bland, corporate, builder-grade room. This Japanese aesthetic is prevalently displayed throughout the hotel and the room and added a deep sense of calm upon entering from the hustle and bustle of HCMC. I must say, just SPECTACULAR AND AMAZING service throughout. Great and genuine smiles. They go out of their way to get doors, elevators, take pictures for you, even printed us out a picture on Valentines Day. The location is on a fun and busy street - great massage and food places nearby. One of my favorite stays of my Vietnam trip. It was about $100 plus USD a night, just a great deal overall and I'd highly recommend. Very clean and cozy as well.

Loved staying here - the last place we stayed on our honeymoon in Vietnam. When we arrived we were greeted with a cold cup of juice and very friendly staff. The room was lovely, with a japanese toilet and a bath! Breakfast was a real highlight, with an amazing selection of food and condiments. We also loved being able to come back from a day out in the humid city to the rooftop with the heated jacuzzi pool to chill out.

The most amazing stand out factor from the Silverland Sakyo has to be the staff. They are attentive, friendly and knowledgeable with local recommendations. Overall the Japanese vibe of the hotel is beautiful and the rooftop bar is fantastic, we spent New Years Eve on the roof and had an amazing view of the fireworks on the river. I would 100% recommend the Silverland Sakyo for anyone who wants a well located and welcoming hotel in Saigon
