The hotel is perfectly placed in district 1 next to Little Tokyo. Several key tourist areas in district 1 are within walking distance. The staff are all friendly and professional. The property is clean and breakfast was fresh every morning. They even have a free lunchtime tea for everyone. You can’t beat this place for value and quality.

The room was clean, the staff were helpful and courteous, amenities such as afternoon tea felt like getting extra value. I needed to get a bandaid for some skin irritation and the staff readily helped me. When my tour operator was slightly delayed in the hotel pick-up, the staff helped me contact my tour operator. Little things like those make guests feel at home.

I had an excellent stay at the Silverland Sil Hotel. The hotel is very nice and located in Japan Town, close to many restaurants and bars. Everyone at the reception was friendly and helpful, and Ashley gave me many great suggestions about the city. A special bonus was the live music performance by local musicians on a weekend afternoon. I would gladly stay at this hotel again.
