We were very happy with our stay at Greentree Inn, Holbrook AZ. This is the second time we haved stayed there and will stay there again if needed. We really appreciated that they honored our request for the bottom floor due to being elderly. Most places won’t assign rooms until you arrive, thank you Greentree Inn. Only problem we had was the hair dryer did not work.

Room was great. Bathroom needed some attention. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom door wouldn't latch closed and there was hair leftover from a previous guest.

Great stay

Stayed here during my AZ roadtrip to national parks with my family. Hotel was definitely meeting my standards and surprised me for it being in a kind of rundown part of town. Staff was amazing and kind, made accommodations for us to room next door to our friends. Rooms were clean and in great condition. Right next to a great restaurant as well. Breakfast was a basic economy breakfast but still accomplished what it needed and got us on the road with full bellies.

The property was extremely rundown. Shower and sink were dirty. They both had hair in them. Tiles in the bathroom floor were broken. The lady at welcome desk was very nice.

The bed was cozy. The shower dripped all night. We told the front desk and they said they couldn’t fix it or change our room. It was noisy outside, but overall for just one night it was nice.

We've been on the road for about a week and today we arrived at GreenTree Inn. The lady at the front desk was super nice and helpful, the room is clean and smells amazing. I can even do laundry, which I've been trying to do at other places with no luck. Staff had change for the machines which was again, highly appreciated!

Great for 1 night stay in 3 day trip.We had 2 rooms, arrived about 7 pm. Clean rooms, comfortable bed, hot shower and adequate breakfast for getting back on the road.
