Our room was on the second floor and the hallway was very darkly lit. Just felt odd.
Our keys stopped working on the second day. We had three rooms in our party, separate reservations, and all keys didn’t work. Front desk was able to get us new keys.
The first night, December 30, the pool area was empty but we still had to go to the front desk for towels. We were told they’d put more out but they did not while we were there.
Breakfast had a hard time keeping up on Jan 1. Pancake machine had issues and people were waiting for eggs for 10+ minutes.
We were notified of a water shut off 11-3 on Dec 31. The note was under our door when we woke up. Given only two hours notice was just a bit odd. An indication of what would be affected as well as offering water bottles would have been nice.
Overall a fine stay.
