The cozy living room has a full-size sleeper-sofa, flatscreen tv and a recliner, perfect for movie viewing. The bedroom is spacious and includes a king-size bed, dresser and a large closet. The sleeper sofa in the living room will allow this unit to accommodate up to four guests. The bathroom features custom tile, a granite countertop and a large soaking tub with shower.

Centrally located in the heart of the 8th street business district this condo is within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, breweries , Sperry Movie house and Hope College.

The buildings that house the Lofts date back to the early 1900's. The architectural details and unique construction provide a perfect backdrop for these fully restored and updated condos.

PARKING
Parking is available for one vehicle in the designated lots, and a parking permit is required.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancel within 48 hours of making your reservation at no charge.
- Cancel 14 days or more in advance, and receive a full refund.
- Cancel 7 days in advance, and receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds for cancellations less than 7 days in advance of reservation start date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

MANAGEMENT
This property is managed locally by BVW Unsalted Vacations Property Management in Holland, MI. We provide all linens, bath and beach towels, and a starter supply of cleaning and paper products as well as 24/7 emergency maintenance. Let a BVW escape artist help with your reservation today.
