This is a Johnny Morris property a part of the Pro Bass Resort. The attention to detail in his resorts is legionary. All of the signage has that extra detail you do not normally see in a hotel. The facilities were very nice with the exception of NO HOT WATER. The is a fairly important item. We went to the hot tub around 1830. we then went to our room to shower for the evening. No hot water. We notified the front desk. They told us there was a large group of prom guest that were getting ready for prom and to what a while and try again. I tried again at 2200. The water was warm at first, but soon turned cold. I took a cold shower and went to bed. My wife skipped her shower going to bed smelling of chlorine from the hot tub. In the morning 0800 I could not shave because of the cold water. My wife tried to shower, and the warm water soon turned cold. We again told the front desk and requested a discount. They agreed but said the booking we through Travelocity and we would have to notify them. The only other disappointment was the complimentary breakfast. It was very hotel typical with powered eggs.

Very very nice hotel, super clean and an excellent stay!! The breakfast is AMAZING, best we have ever had! Definitely top notch! We will absolutely stay here again!

I really enjoyed the stay. One thing that needs to be addressed is the shower. The floor is clean but very slippery. Some type of stickers or a mat would definitely help.
