Very tired and dated. Arrived at a 4 star city centre hotel that stopped serving food at 8pm. Just not acceptable.

Underwhelming hotel

Mediocre hotel - very basic. No elevator. Heat in rooms is not controllable - it's on or off which for my stay was way to hot resulting in having to leave the balcony door partially open and the room getting very cold. Can't get anything at the bar or restaurant and charge to room, not to mention bar prices were ridiculous,might expect to pay over $10 for a local beer in Tokyo or NY, not here.

Dear Simcha, Thank you for taking your time to comment on your stay. We're sorry that the hotel didn't live up to your expectations. We do have an elevator, however it only goes to the first floor. We are sorry for any misunderstandings about charging to the room from the restaurant and bar - because it is possible. We unfortunately don't decide the bar prices, but we will pass it on to the restaurant. Best regards Hotel Schaumburg.
