Our room was lovely, all the staff were polite and professional, we did not have any issues at all. Conveniently located from the MTR and airport bus, and in a great area near shops, we felt so comfortable and safe the entire time. Highly recommended.

A tranquil respite from the hustle and bustle of wan chai. A very comfortable stay. The only suggestion would be to improve lighting around the mirrors for those that like to wear make up ;) Just a small suggestion, otherwise, I'd recommend and also stay there again on my next visit.

Location is excellent next to several dining options, grocery store, financial, transportation. The hard and soft product is exceptional and continues to exceed expectations. Great stay just avoid busy hours

Concierge and room attendant were patient and impeccable. Perhaps it’s the check in and check out hours, front of house/counter team were extremely irritable, did not seem like they wanted to entertain any questions. So to minimise your contact with them, just pay online, drop the deposit online too. If only they’d allow me to check out online. Otherwise, king bed was perfect, provided pillows with different thickness/softness, bonus if you care, the gym was amazing too.
