This room was under LSI properties, thinking that the stay at Ala Moana Hotel would be like previous stays. This stay, room was dirty, dingy sheets, towels, and shower curtains. No wash towels provided, no service, and if you want toilet tissue, plan on purchasing yourself. Not a great experience at all!

stayed in kona tower privately managed room which was dated, stains on sofa, dusty, odor.

Needs cleaning
Posted Dec. 4, 2023 on HotelsHad room# 2605, ref/freezer had not been defrosted for probably a couple of months, ice build up and wetting the floor. Shower curtains had not seen cleaning also had a smell to it. Hallway mirror falling apart. Trash behind furniture, lamp light not working. Microwave oven sparking inside.
