We were surprised to find that each of the hotel rooms are owned by individuals and are not at all furnished like they were pictured in the advertising. This make it impossible to really know what your getting. The kitchen was there but we had to ask for silverware, bowls for salad and a cooking sheet. Honestly the kitchen was fairly useless. We bought food at Costco to prepare but some of it wasted because it was such a hassle to cook. Parking was on the seventh floor which meant an extra 5-7 minutes going round and round and round to get to parking. Spots were tiny! The end tables near the bed smelled sour. So sour we couldn’t but our clothes in them. They need to be replaced. The bathroom drawers needed some contact paper or something to cover the water stains. Let’s just say this place was definitely not worth $1500 for five days. By the end of the trip we were used to the accommodations and had accepted it as ok. This place was large but not maintained as well as it should have been.

This,was a,very comfortable and spacious suite. I was quite satisfied with the quality of the suite. The location was convenient to get to Waikiki beach and to the highways for the rest of the Island. The staff welcomed me and check in was smooth. Overall a great stay

The name of my room was a joke itself: Delux Suite. I would turn around the minute I stepped out of the elevator and saw the lobby if I had a choice. Old, poorly maintained hotel, dirty and stinky. To complete the list I found s bug in the fridge. See pictures they worth a million words.

No restaurant at this hotel. Have to walk across the street to the Marriott if you want to eat. This place is located in Chinatown, and it is not possible to get Western food close by, other than going to other hotels nearby.

This is a convienient hotel in Downtown Honolulu. Some of the best restsursntd in thr state are two blocks from the Hotel. Thr staff is very accomodating. The rooms are always clesn and contrary to popular belief the area is safe. The hotel offe4s excrptional value

The property is very clean and they have very good staffs. I didn’t like that the parking fee in the garage is so high. Otherwise, no complaints about the hotel. Beware of sketchy/homeless people in the area; it can be quite uncomfortable.

Felt safe going to room as need a coffee to get in the room and key fob to use the elevator. Unfortunately many homeless in the area and my floor smelled like someone peeing in a diaper like older people use. Staff was friendly.
