Construction Notice 10/20/25: Exterior spall working is currently scheduled for 10/24 - 1/14/26 and painting work is currently scheduled from 7/13 - 8/7/26. During this time, the lanai will be locked and not accessible to guests. For your safety, please do not attempt to use the lanai at any time. You may also hear construction noise during work hours of 8am - 4pm, Monday through Friday. Please note that these dates may change we recommend you reach out to us for any updates on the schedule.

This newly upgraded studio has been a favorite among our guests since receiving a complete furniture makeover! The space features a sleek, modern design with neutral tones and a striking accent wall. As an added perk, there's a spacious chair that easily transforms into a single bed! You'll have everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing vacation or extended stay.

AMENITIES
Your stay includes cable TV, high-speed internet with password-protected WiFi, and phone service for the USA and Canada.
We provide a starter kit of essentials, which includes liquid dish soap, a kitchen sponge, trash liners, a roll of paper towels, coffee, condiment packets, travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap, facial tissue, and an extra roll of toilet paper. Please note we do not replenish these items once the starter set is depleted. Each bathroom is equipped with 4 sets of towels, and blankets can be found in each bedroom closet. We are delighted to provide beach towels for your stay. Please ensure they are returned to the room at check-out. If they are not, a $10 fee per towel may be applied to your account. Housekeeping services available for an additional fee.

BUILDING AMENITIES
Shared laundry facilities are located on the 8th floor, with payment available via an app or credit card. A trash chute is conveniently situated at the end of the hallway. The property provides 24/7 security for your peace of mind. Please note, this building does not have a pool, nor is there access to one at another location.
Parking is available in the building for $33 per day (*rates subject to change), and metered street parking is available along the harbor for $1 per hour.
Routine pest control and maintenance are occasionally scheduled by building management. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in the unit and on the lanai.

Please note that the condos are privately owned, and construction or building maintenance may occur during your stay. While owners have no control over external work or noise, construction is typically limited to Monday–Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with no work on weekends or holidays. Most guests experience little to no disruption, as they are often out exploring the island, enjoying the beaches, shopping, or participating in activities.
