A Dream Vacation in Hawaii – 5 Stars! Our stay in Hawaii was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and top-notch service that made us feel like royalty. The resort itself was stunning—beautifully designed with a perfect balance of luxury and island charm. The suite layout was absolutely perfect—spacious, well-appointed, and offering breathtaking views that made waking up each morning a dream. Every detail was thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. The food was another highlight of our trip. Every meal was an experience, with fresh, locally sourced ingredients and an impressive variety of flavors that left us looking forward to each dining experience. From gourmet seafood to delicious island-inspired dishes, everything was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Housekeeping kept our suite immaculate, and the valet team was always prompt and courteous, making getting around effortless. A special shout-out to Rocky, one of the managers, who truly made our experience outstanding. His attentiveness, kindness, and commitment to guest satisfaction were evident in every interaction. He made sure we had everything we needed and provided excellent recommendations that enhanced our stay. Needs more staff to run efficiently

This is a fairly new hotel so it was quiet and the bed comfortable. The ocean view was wonderful. However the staff were constantly apologizing for shortcomings due to not enough staff. The resort fee can be offset by food and drink purchases in the hotel but the coffee shop closed early due to insufficient staff and the room service phone was not answered several times as the staff member was busy elsewhere. The shuttle service did not run as advertised and I ended up getting a taxi back to the hotel on two occasions. The room was not serviced until 5pm and I had to ask for bottled water and for the bed to be made. The location is great for the Ala Moana shopping mall but there is little else in this area.

Everything was excellent except the check-in experience. They kept us waiting for an hour after check-in to get the room keys because the room wasn’t ready until 5pm. The front desk staff seemed careless about their guests waiting for a room.

Great property. Love the washer and dryer and full kitchen. This made the trip absolutely phenomenal along with the view and the close proximity to the mall target and Walmart.
