The Space:

Step into island life just one block from the golden sands of Waikiki Beach. Perched on the 10th floor of the Waikiki Banyan, this west-facing condo catches partial ocean and city views from your private lanai - a quiet spot to sip your morning coffee or watch the sun dip toward the horizon. Whether you're here for the surf, the food scene, or simply to unwind, this is your home base in paradise.



Living space

The open layout keeps things easy and comfortable for up to 4 guests. A window AC unit and ceiling fan keep the space cool year-round, while a 50" Samsung Smart TV, dedicated workspace, and fast Wi-Fi (500+ Mbps) cover everything from lazy movie nights to quick work sessions. The dining table seats two, and a pull-out sleeper sofa accommodates additional guests - note that the sofa is best suited for children or occasional adult use rather than as a primary bed.



Sleeping arrangements

The bedroom is separated from the living area by a sliding panel door, giving you a proper retreat at the end of the day. Inside, you'll find a queen-size bed dressed in cotton linens, blackout curtains for deep sleep, a 32" flatscreen TV with cable, a ceiling fan, dresser, closet, and nightstand.



Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen means you're never far from a home-cooked meal. Full-size appliances include a GE electric stove, Whirlpool single oven, Whirlpool refrigerator with freezer, and microwave. You'll also find a rice maker, blender, coffee maker, hot water kettle, toaster, baking sheet, and a full set of dishes, cookware, wine glasses, and silverware - everything you need to cook and dine in.



Bathroom

A full bathroom with a tub/shower combo, vanity with cabinet, hair dryer, fresh towels (one set per guest), and complimentary toiletries - shampoo, conditioner, and body wash - are all provided.



Lanai

Step outside onto your private balcony and take in the partial ocean and city views. Outdoor furniture and a small table make it a great spot to relax between adventures.



Recreation deck - 6th floor

The Waikiki Banyan's 6th-floor recreation deck is a standout feature. The shared heated pool is open daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and is joined by three hot tubs, a sauna, sun loungers, and daybeds. Barbecue and grill stations with seating are available for $5 per hour (price subject to change), and a children's playground and full tennis and play court round out the facilities.



Beach essentials & location

The unit comes stocked with 2 beach chairs, 1 beach umbrella, 1 beach cooler, and 1 beach mat - just grab and go. Waikiki Beach is one block away, and the Honolulu Zoo, Kapiʻolani Park, and Diamond Head are all within easy reach. A coffee shop and convenience store sit right on the ground floor for added convenience.



Parking & building

Complimentary parking for one vehicle is included - a saving of $45-60 per day. Paid laundry is available on every floor via WASH-connect/WASH-card. An EV charger (Level 2, 220V) is also on-site. Check-in is after 3:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. For guaranteed early check-in or late check-out, we recommend booking an extra night

The Banyan also offers parking for those exploring by car.

Clean property with great location

This apartment was perfect for our trip. It was exactly as listed and has all of the amenities we needed. It's in a great location off Kuhio and isn't as loud as staying on Kalakaua. I would definitely recommend staying here and we will absolutely be back!

Very well maintained and laid-out condo in a great building one block off Kalakaua avenue and Kuhio Beach Park. Easy walk to great restaurants, the beaches, the Honolulu Zoo and Aquarium, and many of the most popular eating spots in Waikiki. A great base for a stay in Waikiki - I'll be coming back!

Comfortable condo close to the beach

My husband and I had a wonderful time during our stay at this condo in the Waikiki Banyan. The living space and bed were very comfortable. The property is in a good location. Walkable to lots of restaurants and two blocks to the beach. Only issue we had was one TV was not working but other that it is a great rental. Free parking!!

Perfect little hideaway, away from home

Very professional presentation, and homey/inviting at the same time. This little condo had all the touches of home! The decor was whimsical and comforting. I would definitely request to stay in this condo again.

Fantastic Stay!

The property was beautiful and within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, and shopping! The check-in/check-out process was the easiest I've ever experienced. The condo itself was exactly as described, from all of the amenities that made us feel at hom, to the ocean views from the balcony. And everything was clean and spotless. I would definitely love to stay there again!

Nice apartment close to the beach

Place is close to Waikiki beach and major evening activities for Waikiki area. Apartment is well furnished, lot of small stuff/supplies provided for several days, management reacted fast when there was a need to solve some small maintenance related problems.

Great spot!

Beautiful one bedroom in a great location. Only suggestion for improvement is to remove some of the extra clutter/Knick Knacks/plastic plants but other than that truly a first class spot! Clean!
