Guest Access:

The property is equipped with key pad door locks. Your code will be sent to you the morning of your stay. Additionally, a property information booklet link will be emailed to you in advance of your stay. This contains all the relevant house information, like wifi network names, password as well as house rules and check out procedures. Please let us know if you would like us to email you this information booklet or send to other guests.



The Neighborhood:

Horseshoe Bay is an amazing community located in the Texas hill country and is about 1 hour from Austin, 2.5 hours from Houston and 3 hours from Dallas. One of the highlights is certainly Lake LBJ, as it is one of only 2 constant level lakes in the area. But Horseshoe Bay has so much more to offer. There are over 8 golf courses within 15 miles. Fredericksburg and all the hill country vineyards are within an hours drive of the property. Horseshoe Bay Resort has become a large draw with fun events and concerts as well as weddings. Marble Falls is 15 minutes away and has a lot of the fun restaurants, bars and night life.



Getting Around:

A car is required for getting around Horseshoe Bay. However, the property is a 2 minute walk to the HSB resort Yacht club and is very centrally located around the key resort amenities.



Other Things to Note:

- No smoking

- 1 dog is permitted, must be under 20 pounds. No puppies or aggressive breeds. The Pet Fee is Non-Refundable and is $175.39 (taxes included) per stay

. All dog information must be submitted in Rental Agreement. Any pets brought onto the property without approval will be subject to a $500 dollar fee

- No parties or large gatherings. Smaller events or gatherings considered with prior homeowner approval. Please include any questions/requests in your booking inquiry

- The primary guest (booker) must be at least 25 years old at the time of booking. Additionally, a guest aged 25 or older must be present at the property throughout the entire stay.

- Per local ordinances, outdoor spaces have quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. Please no loud noise.

- Abusive or offensive music or language is not permitted. Violations of this will result in eviction as per the HOA rules.

We had a lovely time at this property. The house was absolutely Beautiful and very spacious. We had 11 in our party and were very comfortable. The property management was very helpful and proactively reached out prior to our stay to make sure everything was in order and to address any questions. The Perfect Home

We attended an annual family reunion that was held for the first time at Quail Point. We needed lodging to accommodate a my family, my brothers family and my sister. Thus having a smaller family reunion before heading to the larger reunion at Quail Point. This home was perfect! Large enough to accommodate the adults, large enough for the rambunctious children to play without being afraid of getting hurt or breaking something. Close to Quail Point so if you needed to pop back over from the event it was easy enough. Check in was super easy as well as check out. The owners were helpful in sourcing a boat and ski jets. We didnt use those services but we could have. The AC worked beautifully which was noticed by several since we were there in the middle of July An excellent experience.

A winter wonderland that failed to ignite!

Imagine the anticipation of a winter weekend sitting in front of a warm fire. While this listing advertised fireplace{s} as a feature, we arrived to learn that the fireplaces were not usable in that they had not been cleaned in over 2 years. Major disappointment. The property manager brought a peace offering of a bottle of wine when I asked for an adjustment to our charges. At least, be accurate in the advertising of this feature. The per nite charge almost doubled when including mgmt fee (what Is that) cleaning fee and taxes. M
