Off Season Rates! Ideal location on Lake Hamilton!

Location! Location! Location! This unit is part of The Landing Condominium Complex and is located just off Highway 7 on the main channel of Lake Hamilton. It is very easy to find and close to Hot Springs attractions and amenities including Oaklawn! Short walking, driving or boating distance to many restaurants, marinas, shopping, nightlife, etc. Unit is not directly on the water as it sits in the second row of buildings but has a partial view of the lake from the balcony. Unit is on ground floor on parking lot level so no steps to negotiate! While not on the water, it is directly adjacent to the pool and tennis court, which is not the case with the waterfront buildings. Complex provides direct access to the lake with a gazebo for common use. Boat slip not included but can be made available upon request for a fee.
The condominium is approximately 1100 square feet with two bedrooms and two full baths. It was fully remodeled and refurnished in April 2015. The master suite has a king bed, vanity area, full master bathroom with tub/shower, 48" flat screen television, double closet and sliding door access to the balcony. The guest bedroom has one king bed with full sized closet and a 48" flat panel TV. The kitchen has modern appliances including microwave, washer/dryer, dishwasher, cookstove, Keurig coffee maker as well as being fully equipped with all cookware, dishes and utensils. The living room has a 55" flat panel TV as well as a beautiful view of Lake Hamilton and the incredible sunsets.

The Landing is a gated condominium complex with a swimming pool, tennis courts and ample guest parking. A gazebo on the water is available to guests for fishing, picnics, or just watching the lake activities. Holiday fireworks displays can be seen from property!

Many vacation rentals on Lake Hamilton are not easy to get to, don't have a view of the main channel of the lake and are not close to all that Hot Springs has to offer. This unit has all this and more!

Mom’s Birthday

This trip was to celebrate my mom’s birthday. The condo was spacious and it was clean. She had a wonderful time and it was a great location. The beds were comfortable and the basic supplies that we needed for the stay were provided which was very convenient. Thanks for the wonderful visit.

Comfortable, Cozy and Lots to Do!

Our check-in process was super easy and the instructions were very thorough. We didn't have any problems and never had to contact the manager. Once we checked in, everything was just as it described in the ad. The beds were very comfortable and so was the couch! The kitchen was accessible and had just enough pots and pans and things to cook for us all week. I used the washer and dryer multiple times for our clothes and my daughter's uniforms. The highlight for us was the pickleball court because we had a lot of down time while we were there. We had a blast playing and the owner had extra paddles and balls there. We also used the grills that the facility had available a couple times and they were nice also. The pool was refreshing and it was a great stay! The only thing that I can say negative was that the floor had some previous water damage in the condo and it was a little wavy which was hard to get used to at first as you walked down the hallway but by the end of the week we didn't even notice it. Overall, it was a great place!

2 king beds and a pull-out couch made it so everyone could comfortably spread out. Bonus was the 4th of July fireworks shot off directly across the lake from the complex.

Perfect Hideaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cute condo. Fully stocked with everything you need. Just grab your groceries. Located right on Lake Hamilton, only 10 minutes to downtown. Owner is very responsive to any questions. We will be booking this place again

I like the location of the property, however, it really needs a deep cleaning and not just a surface cleaning. The kitchen and bathroom cabinets need to be painted and cleaned, as well as the laundry closet. We found no dish detergent but we can live with that. A quick trip to Harps was sufficient. The decor is beautiful and well paired with the chosen theme. The sofa and 2 chairs need to be cleaned. There was an ant invasion in the kitchen. I think that this property would be a 4 star if it were to get a deep cleaning. There was alot of construction in most of the units which can be quite noisey. The workers had wires and boards in our walkway and we had to pick up their water bottles after their day was over. I wish it was stated in the description before we rented it. Overall, I would not stay here again.
