Kids loved the hot tub and the firepit. All beds were comfortable and plenty of dishes for all the meals. The only down side was the fridge doesn’t have filtered water so we had to purchase water. Beautiful home with room for a big family. Would recommend.

I would recommend this place. However, our experience was the most ironic disappointment. The only thing that mattered to this trip was the hot tub. That was stressed upon reservation. It was the only thing my daughter wanted for her Sweet 16 sleepover. We arrive to set things up
trouble. Host was responsive and provided tips. Later that night when it was time for use, chaos. Again, host was responsive, and helped get it working, after my guest performed maintenance. By then, it was beyond the interest of my daughter and her guests. I highly recommend hot tub training or hiring someone on standby to insure a smooth itinerary.

beautiful lakehouse, cabin feel but with high-end details (kitchen, bathrooms, beds, etc.). Well-equipped for our Thanksgiving family reunion. We loved the back porch, the fire pit, and the big table for meals and games together. Wonderful host!

Clean, huge and comfortable! Covered patio is amazing.

Perfect place for families, 4 bedroom / 4 bath (4th room bunk perfect for our 3 college kids). John Aaron is super responsive, had to text a couple minor items and he was quick w/ a fix. So clean, every cooking item you need and a double oven (convection).The view from the patio is majestic - coffee every morning out there and at night we watched NHL playoffs, SEC baseball and played cards - covered patio is the best. 2 huge washing machines came in handy. We swam off the dock and had lunch several days down there. Huge table for all family dinner, we love puzzles and there is a small game table in the living room to gather. Living room has 2 huge couches and chairs that fit all of us. Very comfortable and spacious for 9 of us.

Perfect Lake House

Perfect location for our group of 60+. The home is furnished beautifully. We enjoyed the fire pit and the indoor fireplace. The beds were super comfortable!! We would definitely stay again!

Great vacation on the lake

The house was perfect for our family vacation. It was my husband and I and our children ages ranging from 22 to 11 years old. The inside was beautiful and looked just like it was pictured online. We had everything we needed and easy communication with the owner. It’s in a great location not far from town, grocery store and restaurants. We had an awesome time.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home on Lake Hamilton. This home had all the amenities anyone could ask for. The bunk room was perfect for our grandchildren, and the living area was roomy and comfortable.

Great Location and Layout!

This house was exactly as described and perfect for our group of 6 adults (3 couples) and three children (ages 5-6). The location was great with a great public boat ramp kinda close by (Fish Hatchery ramp). Dock was in good shape, and being out of the traffic of the main channel was very nice. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice interior. Enjoyed high quality audio options throughout the property. Kuerig coffee pods in kitchen is awesome. Bread toaster would be nice to have. Outdoors could use some better care/upkeep (patio, grill, fireplace, etc.). Need to stock up the bathroom essentials. Unable to find instructions to tune into local TV channels.

Great Lake House

House was very clean and felt newly renovated. Beds were comfortable and rooms were spacious. There were two families of four with 3 girls 7, 7 and 5 with one boy 10. XBOX in the kids room was clutch for the boy. Overall great location and easy to get to boat rentals, Botanical Garden and downtown. Highly recommended.

Best lake home ever!

My family and I (7 of us) came to Lake Hamilton with our boat and 2 jet skis. This home is laid out perfectly, with nice size bathrooms and bedrooms, kitchen, living, outdoor area. The home and property is very clean. Each bedroom had "extras", such as televisions, nice ceiling fans, nice comfortable beds, pillows, and linens, etc. The decor throughout the home was perfect in every way! The kitchen had everything needed for cooking and serving with nice appliances. The laundry room had 2 sets of washer and dryer machines, which is very nice when you gave a big family or group. They have a very nice outdoor relaxing area with a nice clean jacuzzi. The boat dock accommodated our boat and Jet skis perfectly and it was the perfect dock to sit and fish at, or lay back and get some sun. We've stayed at other lake homes on this lake in the past. Not all vacation rentals have these comfortable "extras" and this one is by far the best!
