Easy check-in and friendly service at the front desk. The room clean-up staff was very helpful and friendly. Enjoy the stay and will stay again!

The concierge upon arriving was extremely rude especially in front of my kid, and the remote to the tv looked as if it had never been cleaned since bought for the hotel, had dried up food etc in the crevices I refused to touch it. Shower was dirty, fitness room was hot.

Staff wasn’t friendly and they never came clean our rooms ran out of towels just bad customer service overall

I liked the fact that the room was a nice size. I did like that there were dingy towels with a hint of permanent brown staining provided, seeming as though they were old towels. I have always been given throughouly clean/white towels at many other hotels. Also, I was not aware of the $100.00 deposit upon booking my stay through Expedia.
