They put us in the room connected to thr elevator control room. Every 10 seconds it sounded like a truck drove through the room. Staff was aware of the issue and didn't care. 250$ to not sleep.

Lovely hotel, very quiet, comfortable beds. I was looking forward to the pool- it was closed. And the parking garage elevator broke after our 1st night. Very inconvenient with my mobility. They should have offered a parking refund or discount when this happened.

Never Again

The tub handle was broke. Took maintenance hours to come fix it. No hot water....only one working elevator ans we was on the 17th floor. No compensation or anything.

Hotel was very outdated and overpriced. Honestly expected better from a crowne plaza. There was also what seemed a water leak which made the whole floor smell like mildew the entirety of our stay. AC did not work at full potential as well.
