Overall decent stay, hotel itself not bad. Only gave a 3 star because quite upset that we called a day before our check-in to clarify that our flight didn’t land until late in the night and was told that there is no problem, front desk is 24/7 and you can check in when you arrive. Which we did and evening of checkin was told that they overbooked, didn’t have a room for us and we had to try and find another hotel, after calling 15 found one awful one in the middle of the night! Then next day went to the hotel where we originally booked, and had booked with our entire team, was told by this hotel staff that they over book on purpose for those that don’t check in and we mentioned that we called day before saying we will have very late check in and was told we had nothing to worry about.m, which ended up being completely wrong. Then was told they had one room available and we were eventually able to stay but upset that we communicated properly and was turned away first night cause they “overbook on purpose” and we had to hassle around finding a place to stay at 1am in the morning after our flight.
