The room was in a bad condition, the AC unit was held by a piece if bent lumber, the mattress was in terrible shape because i kept falli g to the center like a sink hole, the TV didn't work when trying to place the channels and there were roaches inside the room, i saw insects on the bed idk if it was bedbugs. The only reason why i rate neutral is because it had a free shuttle to the airport we just needed it for a might because we lost our flight.

The room was nasty. Had red and brown stains .No pool because apparently a “kid was left unattended “ and the city shut it down. Oh and also the breakfast you pay extra for was a piece of fruit.
