Front desk clerk greeted us respectfully. He was there upon arrival and departure. Sorry I don't recall his name. Everything about this stay was great. Room was clean. We stayed for 2 nights and all went well.

East sign in, friendly staff& helpfully when answering my questions. The first night reception knew by name which was nice suprise.

The room did not have sheets/blanket or pillows for the pull out couch. I asked the front desk and got a blanket with wholes no sheets and pillows. No extra towels had to find housekeepers in the morning. The shower head sprayed everywhere in the bathroom had to use the towel to dry all the water. The staff was very nice and extremely helpful.

They tried

Comfortable room. Service was good. Located close to our destination. The pool was a little chilly. Could have been a little warmer. No clean towels at pool or exercise room. No wash rags available to replace our used ones. Ice machines did not work, but front desk worker filled my ice bucket for me.
