-no working microwave, loose plumbing fixture in bath, and some of the people at the desk and at the cafe did not know what a Keurig pod was when I asked for extras. Was told that Only two carts to serve the entire hotel!!! The front desk was useless getting me one over a two day period, so I had to find one of the staff to bring my luggage down to my car

This hotel was great! The staff were friendly. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. It was in a convenient location to a few restaurants. There is also a restaurant in the lobby. The breakfast had a variety options.
