I have stayed at many Motel 6’s over the years traveling for work. This one was by far the worst. Roaches everywhere, no hot water (when I cashed the front deal he told me to try the Knox in different positions then blamed it on everyone showering at the same time), and I couldn’t get my pre booked stay refunded even though I only stayed 2 nights of a week long reservation. I didn’t think to take pictures when I left to show the bags of trash in the hallways, the roaches, the microwave that had cooked in food in it. Not to mention the tweeker in the parking lot breaking open batteries and doing something with a butane tank. I should have canceled then, but I had to start work an hour after I checked in.

Best option for budget friendly place with easy access to freeways and the beltway. Kitchenette for basic meals and full sized fridge. The are no cooking utensils so bring a pot of pan if you want to cook.

Great location with easy access to Hwy 225 and Beltway 8 at affordable price. Clean room with kitchenette and full size fridge is great for cooking options. Best option for the price in an easy to access location.

Room was not as advertised. Worst place to stay.

I booked for a non smoking room. When I checked in to the room it had cigarette burns on the bed and ashes in one of the dresser drawers. I woke up to loud music playing at 4am. I showered then started brushing my teeth and seen two baby roaches crawling on the counter. So I go downstairs to check out and see no one at the desk so I walked closer and somebody was laying on the floor sleeping with a blanket/cover. I just left the keycard on the desk and left.

What a Dump!

When we arrived there was a strong odor of weed all around the lobby inside and outside! Later we saw 5 young people outside the front door smoking weed! The fridge in the room had dirty cups inside of it. The comforter was full of burned cigarette holes, the pillow cases and sheets had stains on them. The tv remote was broken and had no batteries in it. The toilet seat was broken. There were food stains on the floor in the bath room and around the fridge. There was something gritty like salt or sand all over the chairs. The light was missing in the bathroom. There were wall plugs hanging out of the walls. The parking lot needs cleaning and restriping!! What a dump!!!!!!! I booked through Hotels.com and was non refundable. We left immediately and did not stay there!!!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT BOOK HERE! This place is FILTHY! Shady people, Roaches , incompetent staff, lets just say If I could give it zero rating I would! Also I IMMEDIATELY LEFT! And then had to FIGHT with the same guy SIVA at the desk that promised he would make sure my EXPEDIA payment was refunded! That was a toral Sh*t Show! Let’s just say pictures are very deceptive!
