The staff is very friendly and courteous. The location is right off a freeway and close to the Galleria - a major Houston shopping enclave

Everything was great except the the bed was a like uncomfortable and didn't offer much support. Pillows could use an upgrade as well.

Great property, a couple minor issues with the shower. The heat was slow to warm the room.
