Please know that at RedRoof we work with a Pest Control company who regularly treats the property for pests as is standard in the industry. The lady at check-in was GREAT! She was courteous and professional and made me feel welcomed. The room was clean and everything in working order.

They only allow one pet per room

I had been staying there since the 1st of February and on the 15 they told me I would either have to get rid of one my dogs or checkout now they knew ahead of time I had two small dogs and they were kenneled during the day, and everyday housekeeping would see them when they came in and no one said anything until Thursday Feb 15 they claimed they didn’t see two and that I can only have one so I asked is it an additional fee for the dog they claimed they didn’t see and they said no so I asked to see the pet policy that says only one dog is allowed they said they didn’t have one but it’s their hotel their rules so I told them I will checkout on the 17th or they can refund me, they chose to let me stay out the remaining days
