They have no restaurants or bars or spa open, haven’t been informed and it was a non refundable booking. This is not ok. Bed was very hard and breakfast didn’t offer choice. So eat or starve.

Publié le 24 févr. 2020 sur HotelsFantastic facilities, staff second to none. For the top quality of the resort.....the mattress was substandard.....I expected consistent quality. Having said that, I would go back tomorrow. A must stay if in the area.

Publié le 12 févr. 2020 sur Hotelsoverall I had a pleasant time here. I was there by public transport and took shuttle bus to the hotel. The staff was polite and helpful. Cleanliness could be improved since an outside tub was a bit dusty.

The bed issue

We were forced to sleep in the side bed which was smaller than the main bed.
