This hotel needs to improve in everything, wi fi is not working at all. Also I have booked from hotels.com and the picture in website is not real so they have had upgrade for me. However I still not impressed this hotel and will not recommended every one to stay here.

Good for the quietest beach in Hua Hin

Not really a hotel. everyone else seemed to be long stay residents. Didnt even have someone to take the bags to the room. Really nice room but the balcony had seen better days. Can find better deals than this

Nice long swimming pool and comfortable room. Confusion of communication between hotels.com and this hotel about free breakfast, which is included in booking confirmation of hotels.com but the hotel got no breakfast included in this booking from hotels.com. Even though they asked me to pay breakfast in advance and to get a refund later, I was uncomfortable and unhappy to do so and just gave away this offer from hotels.com. Room in the back of the building cannot get adequate signal of WiFi connection, so I could not use WiFi at all while staying in the room.

Not a proper hotel -- apparently a collection of rental condos. Friendly staff and a few nice features but others so cheap and shoddy they could be in a backpacker's guesthouse. Not good value for Hua Hin.

Im Franjipani Resort am Suan Son Beach südlich von Hua Hin hat alles bestens gestimmt. Die professionelle Arbeit an der Rezeption, die Sauberkeit, das Frühstück im Garten, der riesige Pool ordentlich gereinigt, das schöne Zimmer und die Nähe zum Strand, den ich mit dem hauseigenen Fahrrad (gratis) in 3 Minuten erreichte. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Nice stay with amazing pool and pool area

Amazingly affordable hotel with clean refurbished rooms and a very long pool (80m + several for kids) with an overall really nice area surrounding the pool. Usually staff that spoke English well. 5 minute walk to one of the best beaches in the Hua Hin area. Internet included (in the reception only). Take the breakfast package from hotels.com (half price compared to what you get at the hotel if you pay there). Buffet breakfast if you weren't too early (after 8?). A la carte breakfast before that from 7. We travelled there as backpackers and intended to stay for two days. Turned out to stay for five. The only 'bad' thing is that you will be located a bit away feom the markets in Hua Hin. However that's not necessarily bad. There are several nice restaurants within a few minutes walk and also on the beach. And there is a family mart close by as well.

Ok hotell med greie fasiliteter.

Hadde bestilt rom med kjøkken, men da vi ankom og kom på rommet stemte ikke dette med beskrivelsen ved bestillingstidspunkt. Tok det dermed opp med hotellet, som sa at alt skulle stemme. Ringte Expedia, som ba om å få prate med hotellet. Ble på dette tidspunkt oppgradert til deres familie-rom, som hadde alle amenitetene vi hadde fått beskjed om. Måtte dog inngå et kompromiss med hotellet siden vi fikk denne "oppgraderingen". Frokosten forsvant, og det virker som vi ble veldig nedprioritert mtp. rydding/skifting av sengetøy på rommet. Dette ble gjort 2 ganger i løpet av perioden vi bodde der, med noen få dagers mellomrom midt i oppholdet.

Helt ok hotell, personalet var dårlig og snakket nesten ikke engelsk. Kun mulig å få frokost dersom det var forhåndsbestilt. Ikke mulighet å kjøpe middag, snack etc. Men nært stranda. Ligger ca en mil unna byen, må kjøre taxi til og fra. Veldig rolig og ypperlig for barnefamilier

Guter Preis

Das Hotel liegt etwas abseits vom Schuss. Mietet man ein Moped, ist dies jedoch kein Problem. Da die Bahnstrecke nahe hinter dem Hotel verläuft, hört man die Nachtzüge - kommt möglicherweise auch auf die Lage der Zimmer an. Das Zimmer war im Großen und Ganzen sauber, jedoch sind nicht jeden Tag die Zimmermädchen gekommen. Was einem nichts ausmacht, wenn man darüber informiert wird. Sonst hätten wir unsere Handtücher nicht bereits für die Reinigung auf dem Boden deponiert. Der Hotelmanager hat uns von einigen Umbauarbeiten erzählt. Dadurch waren auch fast keine Liegestühle am Pool. Er hat aber sofort angeboten für uns welche aufzustellen. Da wir aber die meiste Zeit am Strand verbrachten, lehnten wir dieses Angebot ab. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Man hört die Nachbarn und die Pumpenanlage der Badezimmer. Weiters gab es in unserem Zimmer keine Tür zum WC, sondern nur einen Muschelvorhang. Das ist sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt meiner Meinung nach.
