Overall a comfortable stay
Publié le 16 févr. 2024 sur HotelsMy two night stay was easy and comfortable. The staff were lovely and helpful. I enjoyed the pool and hot tub, the pool showers not so much.
There was a function on in the hotel during my stay and although the reception staff thoughtfully put me far away from it, that night I could still hear the base beat at 11pm when I was trying to sleep.
The hotel has been partially refurbished and work was midway in the gardens.

Room was poor needed updating
Restaurant service and food was poor and slow
Overall the hotel requires a complete refurbished

Not so good.
Publié le 19 janv. 2024 sur HotelsSadly my room was rather grim. Dark & gloomy, very basic. Naff 1980’s curtains, horrible bathroom, cracked washbasin & ghastly shower door, rusty, grubby … ugh
