Room was very very clean, friendly staff. We stayed during July 4 and had a great view of fireworks right in the parking lot. super close to Glacier Entrance. Near Grocery store and eating places. highly recommend. this was our second time here.

For an old style motel this one is right up there with the big name brand hotels. Exceptionally clean, rooms have been upgraded, nothing old. WiFi and tv service was top notch. Highly recommend this motel to anyone looking for a great place to stay while visiting Glacier National Park.

Great

The woman at the front was great and helpful. Our room was a million times better than the picture. We had a kitchenette, which was great. There is not a lot of food places in the area, but there is a grocery store across the street.

Great place to stay

Had a couple small hiccups with check in but overall a great place to stay. Super clean and comfortable. Would definitely book again. And if you are someone who loves their AC, theirs can’t be beat! Super cold!

Amazing hotel!

Amazing hotel! From the outside it looks like it wouldn’t be nice. But the rooms are great! The suite has 2 huge rooms, a nice kitchen, and a huge bathroom (with an amazing spa tub and lavender bath salts provided!). The decor was super cute and the rooms were very clean! It’s close to the west entrance of the park so it was very convenient for our 3 day vacation in Glacier.

Two entirely different experiences

First night we didn't get there in time before they close the office at 10 and they ran my card "on file" and left key for me (told me where by phone), then we spent next night on east side of park. Night 3 we come back to Mini Golden and the clerk said they don't have my credit card info, then didn't want to process the charge on the card I had booked with online. I was first told they could not use at all, then lectured about how the credit card companies were doing socialism for charging vendors payment processing fees. My debit card had expired unbeknownst to me, so all I had was the one credit card. She finally ran the physical credit card I had used to reserve online and I got a room. I find the receipt from the first night and the booking at Hotels.com and both were on the credit card not debit. Also the parking lot was 2/3 empty by 7am with everyone going to the park, but ice was still locked up. Could not replenish cooler. Later learned they may open ice door at 8am. Neither room had a decent drain in the bathtub. Water was standing by feet while you shower. Good things: beds and pillows good. Has mini fridge and microwave. Had nice posters on wall.

Mini Golden was Golden!

Mini Golden was great! We stayed four nights during our trip to Glacier. Everything was very clean. We loved backing our car up to the door so loading and unloading was easy. I haven’t stayed at a motel like that since I was a kid! We 100% recommend staying there!

I would stay here again

The rooms have been recently renovated and were actually better than they looked in the photos. Although the website says breakfast isn’t included, the reception offered complimentary coffee, fruit, and a few other items. It’s a basic breakfast, but enough to start the day. They also lent us a national park guidebook and even provided bear spray, which saved us from having to buy one. Really thoughtful touches that made our stay even better.
