They are in the process of renovating the hotel, yet everything was organized, it was quiet and the staff very helpful in everything. It is close to everything we needed to do there and will definitely stay there again

Very dirty floors that made all of my family’s feet black. Had to wear shoes the whole time In the room. T bathtub/shower drain was clogged and the front desk guy gave me the toilet plunger and said I needed to unclog it myself instead of having someone on staff do it. The TV turned on but none of the channels worked. Neither person at the front desk staff seemed to care about any of this too much.

The property is under construction so the “lobby” is in a room. Our room wasn’t available for early check in even though I had called ahead twice, as told by the concierge, to ensure an early check in. Restroom access was also in a room that was filled with supplies and was not very clean. The room itself was decent but the towels were dirty.

We had a great stay! Everybody that worked there from the registration office to the cleaning crew were so nice and the hotel is managed well. We received a nice take out breakfast because of the construction, but that was fine for us. We will definitely be back!
