We were charged an additional $75 for our small dog. When I made the reservation there was no where to list pets. I chose this hotel because it said it was pet friendly but there was no mention anywhere that there were additional charges, if it were $5 or $10 I could understand but $75 is ridiculous

We were in town for 4 days for a funeral. The front desk ppl were great and very helpful - but I had asked for maid service twice and couldn't get towels, trash pickup, beds service, etc. There was trash left in the hallway by the elevator for days. I was very disappointed that we couldn't get any help.

The room was ok the beds were like 40 years old and broke down. It was overall clean though and was convenient to where we wanted to be. Overall quiet.
