Comfortable stay in Hurghada

Couldn't fault overall cleanliness. Great breakfast buffet, but would have preferred to serve ourselves with hot drinks. Excellent value for money.

All front desk staff were super friendly, homman, maged, marwa, hajar, abd rahim. They all accommodated us to our needs. I renewed my stay 3 times as it was a very convenient place and staff were super friendly. Diving was the main reason we booked Marriott as there is a dive center right outside, but our experience did not turn out so great with Aquarius and I would not recommend it to anyone. Their behavior was all misogynistic, the guys who gave you your equipment tried to charge me for more gear, instead of giving me a small wetsuit which I asked, they gave me medium and said it will be ok , if you cold wear another shorty on it and this means I have to pay for more gear which was recommended by the dive master shabana!! We all know if you wear loose wetsuit you will get COLDER! My husband had to go and ask for a small wetsuit and they gave it to him and when he asked them why they told me that they don’t have small, they ignored him question and pretended they did not understand. Also the dive master shanana exerted the same behavior on the boat .

Front desk staff were very nice. Homman and Maged , Mawar and Hajar always had a great smile and checked on us everything they see us in the lobby. They all had great recommendations for Egyptian food. Our room was cleaned daily, housekeeping was very nice in replenishing our water. Will definitely come back again.

Exceptional service at the hotel! The staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay. From their warm welcome to attentive assistance, every interaction was marked by professionalism and genuine hospitality. A truly outstanding experience. Highly recommend! Hossam always have great smile, and recommended great places to eat. Maged , Marwa, Abd Elrahim , Hajar , they all went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant.

Fabulous stay. Never disappoints.

We stayed at this hotel before and after a dive trip last year. Came again this year and it did not disappoint. Some of the staff remembered us. The accommodation is superb, the breakfast delicious and the staff efficient and courteous. Hajar was a standout at reception. Thank you we will be back.
