Perfect for families and groups, this third-floor retreat combines comfort, convenience, and incredible views. Unwind in the living room with smart TVs (Netflix, Hulu & cable), cozy up by the indoor fireplace, or take in breathtaking sunsets over the Red Cliffs from the private balcony with a BBQ grill. With resort-style amenities just steps away—including pools, hot tubs, fitness center, and sports courts, this retreat offers the perfect Southern Utah escape.

The Space:
Enjoy modern comforts in a thoughtfully designed layout:

Went for anniversary

The condo was amazing. Excellent kitchen, huge kingsize bed in master bedroom, beautiful master bathroom. Which is all of the condo that we utilized except for the laundry toom. Which is where my issue beginns. The washing machine needs to be replaced because the two mechanism inside that makes the water not over flow do not workmachinapparework

Great Place to Unwind

We were in Hurricane to help an elderly relative get ready to move. It was a stressful and sweaty operation, and having this lovely, comfortable and well-appointed place to retreat to at the end of the day made it seem almost like a vacation!

Great Holiday Weekend Stay

Our family stayed over the Thanksgiving weekend and loved the accommodations. The unit was clean and spacious and better equipped than we expected. We enjoyed the pools and tried out the tennis court (expecting pickle ball, but only tennis courts). Remember to bring your own towels for swimming, as the towels that are provided are for use in the condo only. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Amazing Views, beautiful home

Stay started out a vit rough as we drive from LA and due to accidents and traffic it nearly took us 10 hours to get there. We were exhausted and it was dark and hard to locate our building, let alone our home for the next few days. In addition, management changed our code last minute so I kept trying to reach someone at close to midnight and considered leaving to a hotel. Finally able to see my messages as I had no reception on the road and noticed change. Realizing there is no elevator was tough with all our things and being on the 3rd floor. Keep that in mind if considering this place and once past that, this place was AMAZING!!! I would recommend it to other families looking for a clean spacious place with everything you may need. We were very close to the pool & fitness center. Both clean and in great shape. Condo had a good size almost wrap around balcony/terrace, and while we didn't quite use it due to time, it was beautiful and such a good outdoor space, not shared with other units as each has their own. We were about 30-35 minutes from Zion, not too far and went there 2 days straight with the family. Enjoyed our stay and look forward to one day returning. Thank you!

Convenient place. Disappointing response from the club house.

our only concerns are the property management (in the club house) does nothing about the drunk people drinking alcohol in the pool and screaming offensive language constantly. This is not a family friendly location. When we asked the property managers (in the club house) they said we don't really "police" the pool. "We try not to get involved". A cowardly response from any business Mqnager that cares at all about the guests well being and comfort. We would not recommend this location for anyone with children as they do not hold belligerent guests to reasonable expectations with other guests in mind.
