Extremely nice and helpful hosts, they welcomed us with cold drinks at check in and gave us lots of recommendations and a bottle of croatian wine and chocolates as a welcome present. Its a short walk to the port and there is a super market near hy. Very happy with the room. There were lots of toiletires, towels and a fridge and and kettle. Very happy with this accommodation, thanks!

A tough walk!

A little difficult to find. After a 20 minute walk uphill from the ferry. Comfortable room. Maybe not as clean as it could be, but nothing horrendous. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly. The photos like all these days, give an impression it is bigger than it is but when you spend so little time in the accommodation it isnt a problem. The balcony was a good size.

Very pleasant, lovely walk into the port, unless you can’t do steps. Nice big room and your own terrace to enjoy. WiFi kept dropping out and we head a personal crisis, no phone, so really needed WiFi.

Great Location in Hvar!

Ivana the host was lovely and provided us with a large apartment with terrace. She also washed all of our clothes at no extra cost and also welcomed us back in the future with a gift card. Good location set back in the more local area of Hvar but a short distance to restaurants and the sea. Would definitely recommend for the price.

Room was clean with a nice host who took her time to educate us on Hvar and the local islands: where to swim, popular bars/restaurants, grocery stores, and told us funny stories of previous guests who enjoyed the island. The only problem we had was the showers very low water pressure.

The owners are extremely friendly and available, much customer oriented, they will make you comfortable. For example, mistakenly I had booked a smoking-room; upon my request the room was changed immediately with one even more comfortable. Rooms are very well equipped with all necessary furnitures, very clean and, new. Oustide also well finished and maintened. The Art -style of decorations also very nice. The Lady owner will instruct you on the best places to visit, and how to organize your vacation at the best.The location is very comfortable: in few minutes you can reach supermarkets , the city center, boat/scooter rental shops, beaches. Highly recommended.

Great place to stay in Hvar

Great service from the start. Meeting the owner Anna was a pleasure and both her and her son Andreas were very accommodating. We were given coffee beer and chocolates as a hospitable welcoming along with Anna’s personal explanation of the area and her recommendations based off of our personal preferences. Overall it was a 10 out of 10 experience!

You get what you need but look at other options

Good location - only 15-minute walk in town. Our room had everything we needed including a sitting area outside with an umbrella. The room definitely smelled like smoke. This was either because previous guests didn't adhere to the no-smoking rule or because the owners smoke in their unit which is directly upstairs. The description on hotels.com wasn't accurate. No pillow menu and not on the water. Not being on the water was disappointing as that was a key reason why we chose this location.

Dear Guests, we are sorry if you find your stay being unsatisfactory but as hotel management, I have to note that we do have a pillow menu in every suite and room, especially now when we become a 4-star hotel. Also, there is a rule in the object about smoking. You can easily see that on check-out page on Expedia or Hotels.com when you reserve. We are a smoke and smoke-free object. Always in front, on the guest's reservation, it states does the guest prefer a smoke or smoke-free room. We are of course a bayside hotel. Best regards, Andreas Softic

OK option if nothing nearer the centre is availabl

Nice room with welcoming hosts, but further from centre than advertised and hard to find in the dark. Also, wifi problem solved only on the second day and TV not solved at all.

Dear Guests, we remember you from your stories as you are a reporter from France. You were very close with the whole team,and I must say I wonder why do you complain about the TV and WiFi problem. I myself solved you the WiFi problem the same day and we have instructed you ie. told you that all the programs in the room which are not in english are being translated automaticaly in english, and that are only premium chanels, soo I guess you didnt know how to use the french-english premium translator. Yes Sir, it is a little hard to find the building in the dark, after a few drinks it gets even harder. I wish you all the best. Andreas Softic
