A fantastic property with an incredible staff!
I booked this hotel for my parents who were going from the US to Hyderabad for almost 3 weeks. I wanted to ensure I found a property that was centrally located but also felt comfortable for an extended amount of time. After lots of research, I landed upon this Hyatt Place. What was supposed to be just a centrally located hotel ended up feeling like home. My parents could not stop raving about how incredible the experience was at this hotel. It’s in a great location, easy to get transportation and plenty to do around the hotel. Even better was everything at the property. Everything from the room to the people were simply amazing. Every single person on staff (waiters, doormen, front desk, housekeeping, etc) made my parents feel so special. Everyone was so kind, considerate and helpful so thank you to every single person on staff. Also, a very big thank you to the incredible management team, Animesh and Xenia who went above and beyond to make sure my parents were taken care of every day and accomodated my requests prior to their arrival.
Cannot say enough great things about this place. If you’re looking for a great place in Hyderabad, look no further and book this Hyatt Place.

Publié le 17 janv. 2024 sur HotelsSeveral of my personal items were stolen...my video camera charger, my sun glasses, my bangles, my shirts were all missing...reported it to the management and they said that their CCTV footage did not show any misconduct...SINCE WHEN DO THEY HAVE CCTV COVERAGE IN THE ROOMS TO SEE WHAT THE CLEANERS ARE DOING?
