The house is ideally situated, first line in front of the sea, perched on a rock cliff, in the old fisherman's quarter of Ibiza Town “La Marina”. With its privileged location the property provides stunning views to the sea and Formentera, spectacular views to “Dalt Vila” (the old walled town) -which has been declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO- and the Cathedral.
This property has a pretty impressive 360 panorama view from the roof terrace.
The terrace is huge and ideal for sunbathing / star gazing in total privacy….
Breathtaking location, exclusive and unique: one of the only few houses in first sea line in Ibiza Town -which you can count on the fingers of one hand-. All with the convenience and comfort of being in the centre: unique shops, restaurants, sidewalk cafes, bars, fruit and vegetable markets, restaurants, entertainment área, nightlife… and the top marinas and yacht clubs in Ibiza: IGY Ibiza Marina, Marina Ibiza, Ibiza Magna and Marina Botafoc...
