The house is ideally situated, first line in front of the sea, perched on a rock cliff, in the old fisherman's quarter of Ibiza Town “La Marina”. With its privileged location the property provides stunning views to the sea and Formentera, spectacular views to “Dalt Vila” (the old walled town) -which has been declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO- and the Cathedral.
This property has a pretty impressive 360 panorama view from the roof terrace.
The terrace is huge and ideal for sunbathing / star gazing in total privacy

Splendide maison,avec une vue dans le salon et rooftop exceptionnelle,qui se trouve à proximité de tout . Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Toutefois attention, il y a pas mal d'escaliers , ne venir qu'avec des valises cabines car pour acheminer les valises soutes c'est sportif!

Magnifique maison d’une propretĂ© irrĂ©prochable, dotĂ© d’une cuisine disposant de tous les Ă©quipements (cafetiĂšre nespresso, presse-agrumes, blender, croque-gaufre,
 le tout en parfait Ă©tat), son emplacement au bout du port est idĂ©al, restaurants, bars, commerces Ă  proximitĂ© immĂ©diate, une vue Ă  couper le souffle, des propriĂ©taires disponibles, sympathiques et trĂšs rĂ©actifs. Un sĂ©jour inoubliable ! Comme le souligne trĂšs bien l’annonce donc aucune mauvaise surprise Ă  ce sujet, la maison est sur plusieurs Ă©tages et donc avec beaucoup d’escaliers, je dĂ©conseille de venir avec des enfants en bas Ăąge mais pour un sĂ©jour Ă  Ibiza entre amis ou en famille avec de grands enfants c’est la villa parfaite !

La maison est situĂ©e dans une ruelle calme du vieux port d’Ibiza avec une vue Ă  couper le souffle sur la mer depuis le salon, les chambres et le rooftop. Fantastic place, fantstic host... best place to be to enjoy authentic Ibiza!

Since the first minut, Joan and Ivana our host have been fully available to help us and to support our stay. We came to Ibiza for the firs time with the aim to enjoy the "authentic Ibiza" style and way of life and Jo & Nana house can't be better located. On one side the sea and on the other side the old town and the Yacht harbor. Everyday was a show of hundred's of boats coming out and in with a real feeling of being on a boat ourselve. The house is amazing, very well decorated in the Ibiza style, but also very well furnished. Joan was available during our stay to make sure we didn't missed anything and Ivana was helping us with advices and direction's to visit. We finished our stay with the City Fire Work just in front of us on the harbour, what a better location on the terrasse with a cup of Champagne to enjoy the show! We can only highly recommand this fantastic place and we'll definitly come back to this unique and beautiful place.

Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit in dieser Unterkunft in Ibiza-Stadt! Die Aussicht von der Dachterrasse ist einfach atemberaubend, besonders zum Sonnenuntergang unvergesslich. Die Lage ist absolut top, zentral und trotzdem ruhig genug, um sich bestens zu erholen.Der Check-in und Check-out verliefen super unkompliziert, der Kontakt war stets freundlich und herzlich. Die Wohnung selbst ist bestens ausgestattet, es war wirklich alles Nötige vorhanden. Besonders praktisch fanden wir auch das Midweek-Cleaning, das den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat.Wir haben uns von Anfang an unglaublich wohlgefĂŒhlt (fast so, als wĂ€re es unser eigenes Zuhause). Wir wĂŒrden jederzeit wiederkommen!Ein kleiner Hinweis am Rande: Es wĂ€re schön, wenn es auf der Terrasse mindestens zwei Liegen gĂ€be. Das ist aber wirklich nur ein Detail und hat unseren insgesamt großartigen Aufenthalt in keiner Weise geschmĂ€lert.Absolute Empfehlung! Muchas gracias por todo

The property is very clean, and well equipped. The views from the roof terrace are superb. We spent a lot of time watching the boats and ships coming and going. The ferries and taxi rank are quite close by.We did have a couple of minor problems in the house, but they were dealt with very quickly. Nana and Jo always reply to contact straight away.We hope that if we go back to Ibiza we will be able to stay there again.

Adorable interior and view

We were a group of girls and had a wonderful stay! The interior design is amazing – every corner is perfect for Instagram photos, and the whole place is even more beautiful than in the pictures. The terrace was a highlight, perfect for breakfast in the morning or a drink in the evening.Even carrying our suitcases up the stairs didn’t take away from the experience – the house is absolutely worth it. Meeting the host was very easy, and everything was perfectly arranged. The house was spotless, cozy, and exceeded our expectations. We would love to come back!
