We found this the perfect hotel for our stay in Ibiza. We were here to both sample the clubs and have some time by the pool relaxing. The hotel was classy without being stuffy. Upmarket without being too expensive. Close enough to walk to both Ibiza town and Ushuaia / Hi, but peaceful enough to relax during the stay. The pool is beautiful. Staff are friendly. Rooms are fantastic (we stayed in a Superior). We stayed one night in a 5 star hotel nearby, and much preferred Torre del Mar... enough luxury without being too pretentious!

Perfect stay for Ibiza. Good location to take the boat to Formentera or Old Town. Pool is excellent, plenty of beds for all guests. Staff and service was excellent, gym looked decent though we didn't use it. Very helpful luggage room and showers if you wanted to stay after checkout. Very happy with our stay

This hotel is one of the best I’ve ever stayed at! Recommended by a friend and did not disappoint. Booked a sea view room and were blown away by the view, overlooking the gorgeous pool and the sea. Buffet breakfast was quality, staff incredibly accommodating and location was great.

We traveled from Canada and stayed at Hotel Torre del Mar with high expectations — sadly, we were let down. Our friends booked a room for 3, and Expedia said we could add a 4th guest for an extra charge. But when we arrived, the front desk said it was “impossible,” gave us a hard time, and made us book an entirely separate room. Only suites were available (much more expensive), and no discount or help was offered. Staff were cold and unhelpful. Later, we left a half-full bottle of alcohol in our room after some drinks, expecting to finish it that night. When we returned, housekeeping had cleaned the room — and the bottle was gone. After being transferred between five people, we were told it was found but “almost empty.” At the desk, Ramon brought out the empty bottle and accused us of lying, saying it was already empty. He offered no apology and refused to escalate the issue, claiming the manager was gone for the day. The next day, during checkout, the manager was kind and apologetic. She replaced the bottle and offered a restaurant credit — but it was too late, as we were leaving. Unprofessional staff, poor communication, and zero accountability ruined what should’ve been a fun trip. Would not recommend

Lovely hotel with great staff. Very clean. Within walking distance of both D’en Bossa and Ibiza town, with a promenade of restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay again. Only drawbacks we found were a small gym, and corridors can be noisy at night / early morning. Would recommend not having a room near the lifts

Just back from my second stay at Torre Del Mar Hotel and it honestly just gets better. The hotel is absolutely stunning – luxurious but relaxed, with beautiful attention to detail throughout. The food is incredible – every dish is high quality, and I have to give a special mention to the chefs who cook your eggs exactly how you like them in the morning, and serve up some seriously tasty specials in the evening. All the staff are genuinely lovely – friendly, efficient, and always on hand if you need anything. The yoga teacher is also brilliant – really experienced and makes everyone feel at ease. Can’t wait to go back again.
