Disliked: Cleanliness
By arriving the housekeeper told us, that the House was already booked out for the time of our supposed stay. As an alternative he told us we could stay at his „guesthouse“ at the Beach in three of its rooms, which wasnt nearly the quality we initially paid for. The difference he would pay us back he said with this offer. We of course declined his offer and demanded we would give us a full refund, which to be fair he paid fully. But actually we should have demanded some form of damage costs since we had to pay quite some money for another hotel at that night. Stay away from this offer.
