You can't beat this location! 5 min to Airport, restaurants, Walmart, and highway! Near Idaho Falls Greenbelt surrounding the Snake river. Entertainment to Spare! Our Home has a small indoor Basketball Court with a Rock Climbing wall, 2 story Canopy Net, wiggle racers, dodgeball gear, and an 18 ft swing/Climbing rope. Our Game room includes multiple OG arcade games, full size Daytona racing, foosball, & a huge air hockey table. Backyard is fully enclosed and private with a BBQ Grill & patio.

The heart of the home is our incredible kitchen. It's ideal for a master chef, fabulous dishwasher, warming drawer, Professional Wolf stove/griddle. separate double fridges with freezer on bottom, a beautiful large granite island with farmhouse sink. Theres a Breakfast nook just off the kitchen. Tables & Chairs also provided to seat the entire party in gym in necessary.

The entire main floor Home is wheelchair accessible, ramp to front door, wide hallways, doors, and huge bathrooms.

All Bedrooms are designed with style, luxury, and ample space. King or California kings in most. TV's in each room, and 4 master suites. The main floor master features a large TV, huge soaker tub, makeup counter, dual head shower, and a 2 seat SAUNA!

This home has an AMAZING LOCATION. Everything is close, Walmart, freeway, loads of restaurants, theatre, downtown... etc. you can even hop if the green belt about a mile away that goes down both sides of the beautiful snake river with bike paths, amazing landscaping, and the LDS temple. Melaleuca headquarters is nearby, as well as KYANI, and the INL Bus Transportation Site is just a half a mile away. EIRMC Hospital is 12 min away, and Shopping.

Key code entry to home. Your space is the entire home, and yard, excluding the garage. We sometimes have our camper renting out as well in corner of property. But you won’t bother one another in any of the same space. There’s infinite parking.

Family Gatherings and parties, weddings, and such are welcome, but be respectful of the home and neighbors.

No smoking is allowed and will be fined if it occurs a minimum of $200.

Pets are allowed upon approval with deposit. Pets without approval will be fined $250 per pet. Please clean up after their leftovers outside, they are not allowed on furniture or beds. And must be kenneled if left home alone or at night.

Ample Parking in driveway and property, free parking on street.

The Elevator is not available. The entire main floor hosts the gathering spaces for family. including kitchen, gym, family room, bathroom, master suite/sauna, and a queen bedroom.

Great spot - lots of beds for all of our guests. The living area/kitchen was on the smaller side but the house had fun activities for the kids. Check in was easy and convenient.

Our reservation was for a large group of adult women for a book club reading retreat. Overall, it was a great house and worked for our weekend of chatting and reading. The Pros-very clean-Nice big kitchen-tons of fridge space-self check-in, very easy-lots of bedrooms and bathrooms-tons of parking-they have 2 large folding tables and like 20 folding chairs that we set up in the gym. We used these to eat at since the dining table only seats 6-roll away and cot beds available (this was handy as we didn't know adults couldn't sleep in some of the bunk beds)-extra blankets-the gym, arcade games, kids room etc were great-host was super friendly and very quick to respond to messages. Cons-no large comfy gathering place. They couch can hold a max of 8-10 very squished adults. They should add another couch in the living room. Half of us were on folding chairs which gets uncomfortable for hours of chatting and reading-the 6 built in bunk beds are definitely only child sized. They are not twin sized beds. I believe they are listed as twins in the details of the listing, but I did later find that in the photo description it says that they are not standard twins. We had to share beds as we were planning on those for individuals. It should be listed in the main description of the house, and not just as a caption to a photo. -dining table only seats 6, and if you are using the gym for the kids to play in, using the folding tables and chairs wouldn't be feasible Over

We rented this property for our family Christmas gathering. The overall gathering space was a little small for our group unless we invaded the awesome gym where the kids were playing, but we had a great time and we do it again.

Our family had a great time. Communication with the host was easy and very friendly. The kids loved the basketball room and arcade games. The swing was really fun too. It was nice having activities to keep them occupied. There is plenty of parking space, it’s easily accessible and in a great location. There are lots towels and bedding, as well as cooking utensils and dishes. The double fridge is awesome.The layout of the home is really unique. There are plenty of bedrooms and beds to sleep, but it lacks a large gathering and dining space. We didn’t want to set up tables and chairs to eat in the gym, so we made due with the barstools at the kitchen island. There aren’t any closets in the bedrooms, which was okay, but a rack or some other option to hang clothing would have been helpful. The water pressure and temperature are a little tricky in the basement shower. The upstairs railing isn’t very secure. Overall we had a fun few nights spending time with family and we were grateful for a space big enough to accommodate us. The linoleum flooring, kitchen cabinetry, wobbly railing, and absence of closets made it feel more homey than luxurious (as described in the listing) but it was a clean and comfortable place to stay. There was not enough inside dining area. It needed a lot of yard work, there was dog poop in the yard. The basement shower was cold.Many light bulbs out. Upstairs banister seemed unsafe. The kitchen could use more utensils. The gym was good.

Tons of fun activities

This was a great space for a big family reunion. There was so many fun things to occupy the kids and teens and even the adults. There were a few problems but the owner was good at communicating and sent someone to fix the issues while we were out and about for the day.

Alysha was wonderful to work with. The house was very comfortable for the 20 members of our family reunion. Located very close to everything. Our youth loved the climbing wall and the indoor basketball room. The house was very cool in the heat. The evening s’mores at the fire pit outside were perfect. The whole family would like to come back here again!

Happy New Year

We had a very nice time. The house main living areas are way smarter than anticipated. Pictures of the house need updated to current furnishings. The house is in need of repair and a good cleaning. There was no dining as show, it was a tight little nook in corner only big enough for kids. It might sleep 30 but we were a group of. And could barely fit in the main gathering area. No room downstairs due to game room. The gym was a half quart but a nice room to entertain kids. We had a nice day kitchen faucet fridge leaking tree in the way.made for not as comfortable stay as I was hoping with the price I paid. Vrbo also made me pay insurance as an extra fee, which I already had coverage in my own personal insurance. The fees on this rental were as much as my rental.

There are not enough thank yous for the wonderful weekend we had together!!!! This home provided the perfect setting in every way for our comfort and convenience .
