***Due to the ongoing issues with Mexico’s water treatment pumps, swimming in the ocean is not advised at this time. The water is tested for bacteria levels daily, but the majority of the year the ocean has been closed from the border, past Imperial Beach up to Coronado Beach. If swimming in the ocean is a major amenity you are looking for, I would not stay in these areas, until further notice.***

This two bedroom, two bath corner condo is right on the sands of Imperial Beach in sunny San Diego. The condo boasts stunning views of Coronado and the Downtown San Diego skyline. Enjoy the complex's pool/spa after a fun day out exploring. The flourishing neighborhood of Imperial Beach Jo is teeming with restaurants and shops and just a short drive to San Diego's other vibrant neighborhoods. The world famous San Diego Zoo, Seaworld, Petco Park, Balboa Park and many other exciting attractions are about 20 minutes away by car or ride share. The unit is fully stocked with linens, pots and pans, and a keurig coffee maker. There are two parking spots in a gated garage with elevator access from the garage to the top floor of the building. Self check-in via a lock box allows for flexibility.

Very nice apartment with beach decoration in a silent and very clean complex with pool, whirlpool and barbecue place. The beach is in front of the building and the view from the living room and balcony is amazing. Small shops and dining options are in walking distance. The landlord is very welcoming.

Great Stay in Beautiful Imperial Beach

We enjoyed our stay and were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the rental and the snacks that were provided. The beach was a few steps away and the view was just what we needed. Many of San Diego's attractions were close by.

Great place to stay

Overall really great place to stay. The view, waterfront property, small shops, restaurants, and fishing peer were great. We spent mornings drinking coffee on the balcony which I really enjoyed. Inside the home everything was very well stocked and clean and very well decorated. We would definitely stay here again :)

Nice place outside of San Diego

We all slept great at this condo on Imperial Beach. Nice complex, pool seems nice and spacious and there are grills and a full kitchen. East drive to San Diego and steps from the beach itself.
