** Hyatt High Sierra Lodge's front desk is closed from the hours 11 pm to 7 am. Guests who will be arriving during that time will need to call in advance for check-in instructions.

** At Hyatt High Sierra Lodge, the rooms are pre-assigned. This will not impact your stay as all of the units are still managed and maintained by the resort. The only thing that will be different about the unit being pre-assigned is that you will not be able to make a request for a specific location preference within the resort.
