This unit is right on the beach. The master bedroom (upstairs) has a balcony with sitting area and glass door you have an unobstructed view of the ocean. You can lay in the king sized bed and watch the water while listening to the waves crash. There is a window you can see the ocean from the master bath soaking tub. The other two bedrooms each have their own bathrooms that have been renovated. This unit is so much better in person. They have thought of so many details. There are beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, a shower and a hose on the patio to rinse off. Plenty of beach towels and bath towels. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need. Even dishware for kids. There are fans in the bedrooms, extra cozy blankets throughout the unit. We loved the covered parking. Even during the rain, it was wonderful to watch the storm blow in over the ocean. You won’t be disappointed with this unit. The beach is quiet and even during spring break there is room to spread out. Nina is wonderful and will make sure your stay is seamless.

Excellent location, and beautiful condo. The process to communicate was easy, and the management team was incredibly helpful and friendly. The view from the upstairs master is incredible. The condo had lots of thoughtful extras for families with kids. We had an incredible time, and plan to stay again in the future!

Family time.

The property is quiet with easy and convenient access to the beach. Our family of eight was easily accommodated. We had one request that was quickly answered. We were able to grill fresh fish with each evening meal. Would recommend to anyone who wants to focus on family time without the hassle of driving to access the beach.

This rental has everything you need to enjoy time at the beach. Toys, towels, beach chairs, umbrella's, everything you need. The kitchen also has everything to stay in and cook or there are many excellent options near by for eating out. We needed to stay a little late due to our flight times on check out and it was not a problem. I would defiantly stay here again.

This was our second time staying at this property, and it was as great as the first. The condo was immaculate and had everything we needed. The interior decoration is just perfect. Location to the beach can’t be topped, and location to food and shops is great. There was nothing we needed to enjoy our stay that wasn’t provided by the host.

Everything We Needed and More

My husband and I were planning on driving from Indiana but he ended up sick in the hospital. I ended up flying without him 😱. We had absolutely every thing we needed in our condo!! It was amazing, we even had an umbrella for a rainy night. Beach towels and chairs were plentiful and nice. Had a wonderful time and no worries!! We will be back next year!!

Ladies getaway

The property and location was wonderful for a long weekend friend’s getaway. Being directly on the beach was perfect. We enjoyed walking to Indialantic coffee in the mornings, and restaurants in the evenings. It was nice to have beach chairs and towels available.

Construction noise and debris spoiled vacation

We stayed here from 12/25/23 until 1/3/24. It is a nicely furnished, well located unit. We have stayed here previously and enjoyed it very much. But this time there was a serious problem involving major construction in an adjacent unit, apparently due to a collapsing deck. The manager and owners of our unit surely knew about this, but did not inform us ahead of time or offer us alternatives. Construction went on for the entire duration of our visit, from ~8AM until ~4PM or later. The noise of drilling and hammering was incessant and extremely loud. The vibrations shook the walls. We talked to the construction manager, who told us on the first day that the noise would be finished soon. But it never was until the day we left. The workmen strewed construction debris on the lawn in front of our unit, including sharp metal fragments. We found roofing nails on our patio. The workmen blew clouds of dust everywhere, so we had to keep our sliders closed most of the time. We could not use our patio or deck at all. Overall, this construction made it impossible for us to enjoy our vacation. We wrote a note to the manager at the end of our stay, detailing the problems and requesting partial compensation. She responded by apologizing and said she would forward our complaint to the owners and "have them rectify this immediately". But we never heard back. We made two further communication attempts and both were ignored.

HIGHLY recommend!!

Our group couldn’t have had a better experience. Three couples away for a quick weekend trip- and it was just the perfect spot for it. The townhome was spotless, so well maintained and we were accommodated with everything a group or family would need. Great privacy for each room with its own bathroom. The beach is so quiet and exclusive - views are amazing. Would love to come here again! Thank you for everything!
