Great little Motel

2 separate units with us and friends were a bit different. They were missing water and coffee cups, although they could have asked. The lack of power outlets was an issue. The view was spectacular and much appreciated.

The location was perfect. We were close to Peggys cove and the Memorial. The host was very kind and helpful. The room had plenty of space, nice shower, coffee maker and AC. There was ample parking, with a lovely seating area on the cove. The room looked like it got a nice recent update. We had everything we needed for our stay.

Absolutely darling property on the water in Peggy’s Cove. Very clean, beautiful view and gracious staff. We highly recommend you stay at Clifty Cove. We stayed in The Delta Hotel in St. John the previous night, and while good, it could not hold a candle to this amazing setting. And, it was less than half the price. Wish we could have stayed longer!

This is the cutest little motel. It’s been nicely renovated and the staff really went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. I will never forget watching the sunset last night from our balcony. Thanks folks!!

A hidden gem

We booked Clifty last minute as a decision to stay out of the city on our way to Lunenburg. What a wonderful stay. Friendly check-in with a map of the area provided..and recommendations for food. Water bottles provided, and so amazing to wake up seeing the ocean outside your window. Was a very peaceful and quiet evening.

The staff are very welcoming, friendly and easy to approach. The view is amazing and very quiet and nearby the light house and family grocery store. The room itself is very cozy, equied with small fridge, microwave, dining counter with 2 chairs and Kuurig coffee machine. The owner she’s so sweet and helpful. Suggestion: a kettle to make tea would be amazing.
