There was pee stains on the toilet seat. There is no room service in the early evening to get a drink. To go room cups are plastic - if you order after 5 pm to your room the drink cups are plastic. I could hear normal conversations in the room next to me and every door open and close below and next to me. I was in a upgraded king room.

Property has gone downhill. We have stayed here before several times in the past years and it’s gotten worse with each visit. Property is not a 4 star resort. Food isn’t as good as before. We ordered food by the pool chicken wings came undercooked mahi tacos smothered with sauce. Sent it back and although waiter was nice manager seemed annoyed dint acknowledge us. We won’t be back.

Beautiful spacious updated rooms. Nice patio with lush tropical grounds. Nice pool areas. We attended a party on the Sunset Terrace, fantastic setting. The bar and restaurant were very good, service great!
