The entire parking lot is in a horrible condition. Big holes and cracks everywhere. Staff was excellent. My wife loved the pool.

If you’re looking for cleanliness this hotel may not be the pick but if you’re looking for a fun pool and kid area then this is great! The kids had a blast. The pizza was awesome. The parents beers by the pool were much needed!

The first room I was given had bed bugs. I took pictures and provided them to the front desk. They gave me a new room but I could not sleep the whole night worried that bugs were going to crawl in the bed with me…
There’s a restaurant in the hotel. The front desk suggested to get some food there. I arrived 25 minutes before the kitchen was closing. When I tried to order, I was told it was too late. I wouldn’t have been that late if I didn’t have to change rooms but just added to the whole terrible experience.

The hotel is a bit older and could do with some updating. However it was clean and the staff were very friendly. My kids loved the pool.

We stayed here for Groundhog Day in Punxsutawney and were extremely pleased. The staff was incredibly friendly and nice. The property amenities were explained to us at the front desk and they offered to show us anything we needed to find. Our room key cards had an issue and the gentleman at the front desk quickly re-coded them and kindly said if the keys didn't work that time he would be right up to fix it. The lobby was welcoming with a seating area and coffee/tea. The pool area was unique and provided not only a swimming option, but there were also tables and places to sit and relax after a busy day. Downtown Indiana, PA is only a five minute drive down the road. There you will find a variety of food and dining options, an old time theater, and the Jimmy Stewart Museum. We were very satisfied with our overall experience!
