I was really skeptical about staying at the Best Western because of the bad reviews. My room was clean, bed was comfy and the staff was so nice. I definitely recommend the hotel and I'll stay again when I'm back in town.

My room had no towels—ZERO. The place was run down and dingy. They advertise having an EV charging station but it hasn’t worked “in a long time.” The location in Indy isn’t bad. But I will never stay at this hotel again.

Immediately when I got in my room the floor was covered with crumbs. Pulled back the bedding and hair strands were threaded into the sheets as well as the pillowcases. The tub clogged after taking a shower, which then clogged the toilet as well. Overall unhappy with my stay. Wouldn’t recommend.

The lobby was clean but the room was really worn. Bathroom floors were filthy,air conditioner vents were all broken and the desk marble top was broken also the chair was filthy and had cigarette burns all over it. The carpet was nasty and also had cigarette burns. The room smelled like marijuana and cigarette smoke.
