Charming Duplex by Bottleworks Mass Ave in Historic neighborhood

Family owned Duplex located in a beautiful, safe, and historic neighborhood. {Chatham-Arch neighborhood}

This duplex was built in 1900 and still has a lot of the original features. WE DO NOT HAVE HAND RAILS GOING UP/DOWN THE STAIRS for those that need extra assistance.

We are located right along Mass Ave and Bottleworks. Very walkable to grocery, coffee, food and more. Murat Theatre is walkable. Gainbridge, Lucas Oil, and convention center is a short Uber ride away. The Childrens Museum and Zoo are both a short drive away. The Monon (long walk/run/bike trail) is just down the street along with a kids park. There is a small splash pad within walking distance or drive for those with kiddos.

Our family loves traveling and has put A LOT of love into this home for others to enjoy while away from their own home. We are happy to help with any planning or recommendations you may need.

This is a private space that has a lot of to offer. The Main floor has a Master bedroom with a queen bed with attached full bath, den with a queen bed, kitchen, pool table, living room and more. There is a basement that has been recently finished and it has a bedroom with a queen bed , full bath, laundry room, and another living room space. ****PARKING- free street parking out front. East side of road is permit parking only, which we have inside for you. West side of the road is available but can fill up quickly on weekends. Street parking can fill up fast on nice evenings and can be limited. We have a small lot you can park ONE car in that requires you to walk around as you have no access to the backyard. This spot is located in the back alley.

This is definitely one of the best VRBO rentals yet. The place was perfect for our stay while in Indy. The neighbor hood was walkable, and very safe. The house was amazing. It's like it told its own story. Our host was absolutely amazing. She was quick to respond, very nice and went above and beyond to accommodate our group. Came to town for a Fever game. Great proximity to Gainbridge and restaurants and bars within walking distance. Only thing that would’ve been nice was a handrail up steps to porch and downstairs to basement for better access. Sister are 73, 67, and 61 so not young chicks anymore lol.

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Indianapolis! The house was cute, very clean, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The layout was great, and the main bedroom was especially big and spacious. Our group enjoyed playing pool together, and the rain showers were such a nice touch.The location couldn’t have been better, just a short walk to The Garage and all the amazing restaurants and nightlife on Mass Ave. This was the perfect spot for our friends' trip, and we’d definitely stay here again!
