The New Normal
Publié le 17 mars 2024 sur HotelsComfortable and clean room! Lovely linens, nothing wrong with room or bathroom and loved the space. Noise was an issue, but they are right off a major highway and there were TONS of kids there for the weekend. Service was great. I don’t know that the Bistro is really a “value-add” experience. Selection wasn’t great there, prices were high, and the lack of breakfast options didn’t make it the most welcoming hotel to want to spend any time outside of the room with. Room was pricey for what it was, but overall a comfortable experience and the staff were great!

Poor maid service

I was told at check-in I was being "upgraded" and given two queen beds. I am staying here alone so that's a downgrade from a king bed as one person. The bathroom smells and looks unclean. It's gross. The wine was unbelievably overpriced. It was the cost of a bottle of wine for one glass. Frankly not acceptable for a stay.

Publié le 25 févr. 2024 sur HotelsPretty nice overall. The pool and hot tub are much to be desired. The pool is very small and the hot tub was out of order. The room was pretty clean, but the shower wasn’t that great. Seemed like there was dust all along the edge of the floor of the room.
